Ingredients:
To make this pasta, you’ll need:
– 300g of spaghetti (about 0.66 lbs)
– 200g of walnuts (about 0.44 lbs)
– Olive oil
– 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
– 6 to 8 halves of sun-dried tomatoes, or 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
– Salt, pepper, dried basil, and oregano
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and, if using, anchovies. Add the chopped walnuts and sauté them as well. Add sun-dried tomatoes to taste; if you don’t have them, use 1 teaspoon of tomato paste. Season everything with salt, pepper, dried basil, and oregano. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
