Ingredients:
To prepare the pasta, we will need:
– 300g of spaghetti (about 0.66 lbs)
– 200g of walnuts (about 0.44 lbs)
– Olive oil
– 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
– 6 to 8 halves of sun-dried tomatoes, or 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
– Salt, pepper, dried basil, and oregano
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and anchovies (if you don’t have anchovies, you can skip them). Then, add the chopped walnuts and sauté them as well. I also added a bit more sun-dried tomatoes; if you don’t have any, it’s fine to use 1 teaspoon of tomato paste instead. Season everything with salt, pepper, and the herbs. Combine the cooked spaghetti with our sauce.
