Yeast Dough Pizza

Pizza

Pizza is undoubtedly one of the most popular dishes in the world. Here’s the simplest recipe for pizza using yeast dough.

Dissolve 1 cup of sparkling water with half a packet of yeast and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, adding salt and sugar to taste. Gradually mix in flour until the dough becomes thick. Place the dough in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours to rise. While the dough is resting, prepare the toppings for your pizza. Start by blanching the tomatoes, peeling them, and cutting them into cubes. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Slice the mushrooms, and cut the bell pepper and onion into thin half-rings. Grate the cheese and cut the bacon into strips.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out into your desired shape. Layer the bell pepper first, followed by the mushrooms, then the onion, and top it all with the tomato mixture. Add the cheese on top, followed by the bacon (you can substitute it with any meat product you prefer). Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes. Feel free to use any vegetables, herbs, spices, meats, and cheeses for the toppings—let your imagination run wild. Enjoy your meal!
