Easy Yeast-Dough Pizza You Can Make at Home

Pizza

Pizza is one of the most popular dishes in the world. Here’s a simple yeast-dough pizza recipe.

Dissolve half a packet of yeast in 1 cup of sparkling water with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add salt and sugar to taste. Gradually mix in flour until the dough becomes thick. Place the dough in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours to rise. While the dough is resting, prepare the toppings for your pizza. Start by blanching the tomatoes, then peel and cut them into cubes. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper, sprinkle the tomatoes with chopped garlic, and drizzle them with olive oil. Slice the mushrooms, and cut the bell pepper and onion into thin half-rings. Grate the cheese and cut the bacon into strips.

Once the dough has risen, roll it out into your desired shape. Layer the bell pepper first, followed by the mushrooms, then the onion, and top everything with the tomato mixture. Add the cheese on top, then the bacon. Substitute the bacon with any other meat if desired. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15–20 minutes. Use any vegetables, herbs, spices, meats, and cheeses you like for the toppings—let your imagination run wild. Enjoy your meal!
