Ingredients:
- 2.2 lb potatoes
- 1/2 chili pepper
- 2 heads garlic
- 1½ tablespoons herbes de Provence
- 2 pinches salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Peel, wash, and pierce the potatoes all the way through.
- Remove the papery skin from the garlic and separate it into cloves. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely. Add the herbes de Provence, salt, and olive oil, and mix everything together.
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350–375°F for 40 minutes.
