1 can of sardines
1 small onion (diced)
1 small carrot (grated)
2 eggs
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 bunch of parsley leaves
5-6 slices of bread
salt, black pepper, mayonnaise, oil
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Add the grated carrot and cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mash the sardines with a fork, then mix in the grated boiled eggs, finely chopped parsley, and grated garlic.
Next, combine the sautéed carrot and onion with the sardine mixture.
Add mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread.
Spread the prepared mixture on top.
