Wash the oilcloth with milk diluted 1:1 with water, then dry it with a clean towel. Mix paraffin and turpentine in a 1:4 ratio by weight. Use a flannel cloth to apply the mixture lightly to the oilcloth and let the oilcloth sit for a day. After a day, wipe the oilcloth dry with a flannel cloth.
