To make the dough, combine 250g of flour, 50g of butter, a pinch of salt, and 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and cover it with a cloth.
After 30 minutes, sprinkle the dough with 100g of toasted breadcrumbs that have been fried in oil, then add thin slices of 4 apples, 100g of raisins, and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Roll the dough into a log, tightly seal the edges, and place it on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the top of the roll with a mixture of one egg and 25g of melted butter.
Bake in a preheated oven.
While still hot, dust with powdered sugar.
