Sandwich on Salted Crackers

Spread room temperature butter on the cookies and top them with a mound of cheese mixed with sardines. Garnish with strips of pickled sweet pepper. Arrange them on a long plate lined with a paper napkin. You will need 500g of salted or unsweetened cookies, 250g of cream cheese, 100g of butter, a can of sardines in oil or tomato sauce, and a red pepper pod.
