Quick loaf bread pie

This recipe is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to fuss with dough or simply isn’t very good at it! Quick and delicious—give it a try!

Start with a loaf of bread, cut off the top crust, and scoop out the insides, leaving about 0.4 inches (1 cm) at the bottom. Crumble half of the bread you removed and soak it in 0.5 cups of heavy cream. Dice 200 grams (about 7 ounces) of chicken or turkey fillet (you can use any meat), season with salt, pepper, your favorite spices, and drizzle a little oil over it. Sauté the meat, along with 100 grams (about 3.5 ounces) of bacon (optional), around 150 grams (about 5 ounces) of mushrooms, and an onion in a skillet. Let it cool, then mix it with the soaked bread in the cream. Pour the mixture back into the loaf, top it with thinly sliced tomatoes, and spread a little mayonnaise (or any sauce you prefer) on top. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Then sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes at a lower temperature.

As you can see, this recipe allows for plenty of culinary creativity, as you can use just about anything you like! Enjoy your meal!
