Chill the salad for a few minutes before serving. You will need 3 cups of chopped green lettuce, 3 cloves of garlic, 1-2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 0.5 teaspoon each of sugar and salt, and 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Chard and Radish Salad
Chop the radishes, chard, green onions, and eggs. Mix everything together and add green peas. Pile the salad in a mound in the salad bowl, drizzle with sour cream, and sprinkle with herbs. You will need 1 cup of chopped chard, a bunch of radishes, 2 tablespoons of green peas, 3-4 green onions, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, herbs, and salt.
