Fried Potatoes with Ground Meat

Ingredients:

  • Ground meat (lamb or beef) – 600g (approx. 1.3 lbs)
  • Potatoes – 1.5 kg (approx. 3.3 lbs)
  • Clarified butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • Turmeric – 1.5 teaspoons
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

In a skillet, melt the clarified butter, then add the ground meat along with the spices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the liquid evaporates.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and fry them until golden brown. Once cooked, transfer the potatoes to paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

Add the fried potatoes to the meat mixture and stir to combine. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with fresh vegetables.
