Peel the apples and slice them thinly. Stew them in a small amount of water with sugar.
Soak the gelatin in 2 cups of cold boiled water and let it sit.
Then bring it to a boil, combine it with the cooked apples, stir well, and add more sugar if needed.
Pour the mixture into cups or small bowls, placing a few apple pieces in each and adding berries from jam—such as cherries, currants, apricots, gooseberries, etc.
Once cooled, refrigerate for an hour.
Serve with whipped cream.
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of gelatin, ½ cup of sugar, 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg) of apples.
