Creamy Salmon and Mushroom Bake
Ingredients:
- 200g of salmon fillet (approx. 7 oz)
- 5-6 champignon mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 150ml of 10% cream (approx. 2/3 cup)
- 50g of grated cheese (approx. 1/2 cup)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until it becomes translucent.
- Wash, clean, and slice the mushrooms, then add them to the onions.
- Sauté until the mushrooms are partially cooked, then add the salmon cut into small pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer everything into individual ramekins.
- Pour the cream over the mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for approximately 10 minutes.
