Baked Eggs

  • Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese – 50g (about 1.8 oz)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

In small baking pots, place a spoonful of sour cream and crack two eggs into each. Season with salt and pepper.

In a deep baking dish, pour in boiling water and place the pots inside, ensuring the water covers them halfway. Put the dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Transfer the pots from the water bath to a baking sheet, add the remaining sour cream, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for an additional 7 minutes at the highest temperature until a delicious crust forms.
