ZRAZY “NOVINKA”

Start by mashing hot boiled potatoes and letting them cool to a temperature of 122-140 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, mix in raw eggs and a tablespoon of flour. Shape this mixture into patties. Place a filling in the center, fold the edges over, and seal them. Coat the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

The filling is made from “Okean” pasta, sautéed onions, chopped eggs, salt, and pepper. Before serving, drizzle with sour cream.

Ingredients needed: 200g of potatoes (about 0.44 lbs), 30g of “Okean” pasta, 24g of onions, 14g of margarine, 10g of breadcrumbs, 20g of sour cream, and two eggs.
