Mashed Potatoes with Caviar

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 medium starchy potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons of sturgeon and salmon caviar
  • 40g (about 3 tablespoons) of butter
  • 100ml (about 1/2 cup) of milk or cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh herbs and salmon for garnish

Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Mash the potatoes, adding the butter and warmed milk or cream. Stir in the caviar and mix well.

Serve in portions, garnished with parsley and a rose made from salmon.
