Amateur Sausages

Start by cleaning the squid, then add the pork and grind everything together using a meat grinder. Next, incorporate diced garlic, eggs, boiled potatoes, salt, and pepper into the mixture. Shape this mixture into sausages, boil them, and then bake in the oven. Serve with sautéed onions.

Ingredients: 70g of squid (about 2.5 oz), 35g of pork (about 1.2 oz), 25g of onion (about 0.9 oz), 60g of potatoes (about 2.1 oz), 1 clove of garlic, and 2 eggs.
