Grilled Cutlets


Ingredients:

  • Ground beef – 300g (about 10.5 oz)
  • Cooked rice – 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs – 2
  • Onion – 1
  • Carrot – 1
  • Cheese, to taste
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Combine the rice with the ground beef, then add the eggs, salt, and pepper.

Dice the onion and grate the carrot, then sauté them in oil until golden. Add this mixture to the beef.

Form patties from the beef mixture, placing a piece of cheese inside each one. Grill until cooked through.
