Cutlets with a Surprise

Ingredients:
– Ground chicken – 700-800 g (about 1.5-1.75 lbs)
– Chicken liver – 300 g (about 0.66 lbs)
– Egg – 1
– Onion – 1
– Bran – 5-6 tablespoons
– Breadcrumbs – 2-3 tablespoons
– Milk – 50 ml (about 3.4 tablespoons)
– Salt, black pepper, and spices to taste.

Instructions:
Add the bran soaked in milk, the egg, grated onion, salt, pepper, and spices to the ground chicken. Mix well.
Sauté the pieces of liver in oil over high heat, seasoning with salt.
Form the chicken mixture into balls, then flatten them into patties. Place a piece of liver in the center of each patty and shape them into cutlets.
Coat the cutlets in bran and breadcrumbs.
Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C (about 350 °F) for 35 minutes.
Serve drizzled with your favorite sauce.
