To make the patties, we prepare a mixture of squid or fish fillet, bread, onion, and milk. We add salt and pepper, shape the mixture into patties, and bake them. Once they cool down, we pour over a sauce made from mayonnaise mixed with dissolved gelatin. Chill well before serving. The dish can be garnished with herbs, canned vegetables, or lemon.
Ingredients: 200g of squid, 15g of bread, 10g of onion, 15g of milk, 4g of gelatin, 10g of mayonnaise, and two eggs.
