Chicken Cutlets with Cheese and Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 100g cheese (about 3.5 oz)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Start by chopping the chicken fillets, bell pepper, and zucchini into small pieces. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, zucchini, bell pepper, eggs, and flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Form the mixture into patties and fry them in oil on both sides until fully cooked. Serve the finished cutlets with fresh vegetables on the side.
