Skewered Cutlets “Spindle”

Ingredients:
– Ground meat (70% chicken breast + 30% pork) – 600g (approx. 1.3 lbs)
– Bacon (slices) – 16-20 pieces
– Onion – 1
– Garlic – 1-2 cloves
– Egg – 1
– Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Grate the onion and garlic or chop them finely using a blender.
2. Add the ground meat, egg, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape each into a torpedo-like form, then thread a wooden skewer through each.
4. Lay the bacon slices in overlapping rows.
5. Place a meat patty on top of the bacon and wrap it up.
6. Heat oil in a skillet and place the patties seam-side down.
7. Sear on both sides until golden brown.
8. Finish cooking in the oven or microwave for 7-8 minutes.
