“Ocean Cutlets”

Pass the “Ocean” pasta and boiled eggs through a meat grinder, then season with salt and pepper. From this mixture, form patties, placing filling in the center and folding the edges over. Next, coat the patties twice in breadcrumbs. The filling is made from boiled rice sautéed with onions and seasoned with salt and pepper.

Fry the patties in hot oil.

Ingredients: 90g of “Ocean” pasta, 10g of breadcrumbs, 10g of rice, 10g of onions, 15g of oil, 2-5g each of margarine and butter, two eggs, and two tablespoons of flour.
