Ingredients:
– Ground chicken: 300g (about 10.5 oz)
– Bread: 2 slices
– Egg: 1
– Onion: 1
– Flour (or breadcrumbs): 3 tablespoons
– Salt and pepper to taste
For the filling:
– Eggs: 2
– Carrot: 1
Instructions:
1. Remove the crusts from the bread and soak the soft part in warm water.
2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with the chopped onion, the soaked bread, the egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. For the filling, hard-boil the eggs and chop them finely. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater and sauté it until tender. Combine the carrots with the chopped eggs.
4. Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture, place a bit of the filling in the center, and shape it into patties.
5. Roll the patties in flour or breadcrumbs and fry them on both sides until golden brown.
