Red Cabbage


Finely shred half a head of cabbage and squeeze out the excess moisture. Add two julienned apples, season with salt, and dress with two tablespoons of oil, the juice of half a lemon or three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of sugar. Let it sit for a few hours.

Before serving, mix in some finely chopped onion.

Ingredients: ½ head of cabbage, 2 apples, 2 tablespoons of oil, juice from half a lemon or 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 onion, salt to taste.
