Pork Roll-Ups

Pork (loin, tenderloin) – 400 g
Hard cheese – 75 g
Mayonnaise – 15 g
Egg – 1
Flour – 15 g
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Apples – 100 g

Cut the pork into portions and pound it to tenderize. Season with salt and pepper, then spread mayonnaise over the meat.

Place a slice of cheese in the center and fold the pork over to create an envelope shape.

Dredge in flour and dip in the beaten egg.

Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
