Toast 500 grams (about 1.1 pounds) of cornmeal and grind it with 200 grams (about 7 ounces) of butter, adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour in 1.5 liters (about 6 cups) of boiled milk and bring it to a boil. Beat 4 eggs with 500 grams (about 2 cups) of sour cream. Place it in the oven. Before serving, drizzle with a sauce made from finely chopped mushrooms.
