Ingredients:

  • 200 g of beans (approx. 7 oz)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • Salt, black pepper, and herbs to taste

Instructions:

  1. Soak the beans overnight.
  2. Boil them until tender (about 40 minutes).
  3. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and add them to the onion.
  5. Chop the garlic and add it to the skillet.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the beans to the skillet, lightly mash them, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the paprika and chopped herbs.
  8. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
