Ingredients:
- 200 g of beans (approx. 7 oz)
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoons of paprika
- Salt, black pepper, and herbs to taste
Instructions:
- Soak the beans overnight.
- Boil them until tender (about 40 minutes).
- Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil.
- Dice the tomatoes and add them to the onion.
- Chop the garlic and add it to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the beans to the skillet, lightly mash them, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the paprika and chopped herbs.
- Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
