Have you ever seen a light-colored beer bottle? Apparently, they don’t exist: dark glass protects beer from the effects of light.
And what about a dark milk bottle? Probably no one has seen one of those either. Yet, it turns out that a dark bottle is even more essential for milk than for beer.
Scientists have conducted thorough research on milk and uncovered some truly astonishing findings. If you carry a bucket of freshly drawn milk in the sunlight, it will lose its vitamins B and C. In fact, these vitamins completely disappear after just one minute of exposure to sunlight.
Even diffused light can destroy these valuable vitamins. To preserve the quality and flavor of milk, it should be poured into dark glass bottles.
