Milk Soup

Start with 10 large potatoes and 2 eggs. Grate the potatoes finely and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. From the remaining mixture, add the eggs and salt to form dumplings, which you will gradually drop into boiling water while stirring continuously. Pour in a cup of milk as well.

Vegetable Soup

Use 2-3 potatoes, 300-400g of fresh cabbage, a carrot, and a cup of green peas, along with 50g of butter (you can also make this soup using meat broth).

First, boil all the vegetables (except for the peas) in water. Then add the green peas and hot milk. Season with salt five minutes before it’s done, and at the end of cooking, stir in the butter and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
