Frost and the Wonders of Liquid Air
As we all know, Frost is capable of performing miracles. He can build a bridge over a river without an axe or a single nail, and he can turn water into a blue stone—ice. But when physicists harness the powers of Frost, he can transform air into a liquid, flowing substance, much like water. This liquid air can then be poured from one container to another. However, even cold ice feels like a scorching hot plate to liquid air. It boils on the ice as if over a fire, but the vapors are extremely cold.
If you drop a lead bell into liquid air, it will ring like silver. Alcohol that has been cooled in it becomes solid. No matter how many matches you strike, it won’t catch fire! But with the slightest impact, an explosion can occur. Meat that has been immersed in liquid air turns yellow and… glows in the dark. It’s not just meat; bones, bread, eggshells, and cotton, all cooled by liquid air, also emit a glow.
This means that Frost can endow substances with entirely new properties, which can be utilized if we study them thoroughly.
