Ingredients:
- Ground meat – 800g (about 1.75 lbs)
- White bread – 3-4 slices
- Onion – 1-2
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Raw egg – 1
- Hard-boiled eggs – 4-6
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley – a small bunch
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
First, pulse the bread in a blender until it turns into crumbs. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, garlic, bread crumbs, raw egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Press half of the meat mixture into a baking dish, then place the whole hard-boiled eggs on top. Cover with the remaining meat mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for 40-45 minutes.
