Egg and Green Onion Pancakes

Ingredients:
– 1 raw egg and 2 boiled eggs – 3 total
– 5 tablespoons chopped green onions
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 125 ml kefir (about ½ cup)
– 125 ml sour cream (about ½ cup)
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– A pinch of sugar
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– A pinch of ground nutmeg

Instructions:
1. Chop the boiled eggs into cubes.
2. Add the chopped green onions, then season with salt and pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the kefir and sour cream.
4. Add the raw egg, baking powder, salt, sugar, and nutmeg to the mixture.
5. Incorporate the egg and onion mixture along with the sifted flour, and stir until combined. The batter should be thick, similar to pancake batter.
6. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
7. Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
8. Serve with sour cream.
