Steamed Omelette with Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of spinach (about 1.8 oz)
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • Salt to taste

Chop the spinach and sauté it for 2 minutes. Beat the eggs with salt, then add the spinach and cheese. Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it. Cover with a lid or wrap it in plastic wrap. Place the dish in a bowl of boiling water (the water level should be below the level of the dish). Cook for 12-15 minutes.
