Lenten Baked Potatoes with Garlic

Ingredients:

  • 2.2 lbs of potatoes
  • 0.5 chili pepper
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1.5 tablespoons of herbes de Provence
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  1. Peel, wash, and pierce the potatoes all the way through.
  2. Remove the outer skin from the garlic and separate it into cloves. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it finely. Add the herbes de Provence, salt, and olive oil. Mix everything together.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350-375°F for 40 minutes.
