Vegetable Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 g (about 7 oz) of white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 5 boiled potatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 150 g (about 5.3 oz) of semolina
- Ground almonds for breading
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Finely chop the vegetables (cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and garlic) using a food processor or a fine grater. Discard the vegetable juice.
Season the vegetable mixture with salt and pepper, then add the semolina and mix well. If desired, you can also add olive oil to the vegetable mixture.
Shape the mixture into patties. Coat the patties in a mixture of semolina and ground almonds.
Fry the patties in olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
