I mix rice, semolina, or wheat porridge with candied fruits, raisins, egg yolks, and sugar blended with vanilla. Then, I add whipped egg whites, quickly spoon the pudding into a greased mold dusted with breadcrumbs, and brush the top with sour cream or egg before baking.
I serve it with butter, sour cream, or a milk sauce. For 500g of porridge, you’ll need 100g of candied fruits, 100g of raisins, 3-4 eggs, 150g of sugar, 100g of butter, and vanilla.
