Fish Cutlets

Fish Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of lean fish fillet (approx. 7 oz)
  • 1 onion
  • 30 g of butter (approx. 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/3 bunch of dill or parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of semolina
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for frying, salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the onion.
  2. Rinse the fish fillet and grind it together with the onion in a meat grinder twice.
  3. Beat the egg and add the semolina to it.
  4. Finely chop the dill or parsley.
  5. Mix the fish mixture with the egg mixture.
  6. Add salt and the butter, then stir well.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet.
  8. Form patties from the mixture and fry them in the skillet on both sides, covering with a lid.
