Fish Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200 g lean fish fillet (approx. 7 oz)
- 1 onion
- 30 g butter (approx. 2 tablespoons)
- 1/3 bunch dill or parsley
- 1 tablespoon semolina
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying, salt to taste
Instructions:
- Wash, peel, and chop the onion.
- Rinse the fish fillet and grind it together with the onion in a meat grinder twice.
- Beat the egg and add the semolina.
- Finely chop the dill or parsley.
- Mix the ground fish and chopped onion with the egg and semolina.
- Add salt and the butter, then stir well.
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Form patties from the mixture and fry them in the skillet on both sides, covering with a lid.
