Ingredients:
- Fish mince – 500-700 g (about 1.1-1.5 lbs)
- Potatoes – 5-7
- Eggs – 3 + 1 yolk
- Onions – 2
- Flour – 2 tablespoons
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Dill and lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
- Season the fish mince with salt and pepper, then add one egg and the chopped onions.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, let them cool, and then mash them with a potato masher. Add the flour, two eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Grease your hands with vegetable oil. Shape the potato mixture into small cups for the meatballs.
- Place the formed balls of fish mince on top of the potato cups.
- Lightly brush the potato cups with the beaten egg yolk.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown.
- Serve the finished dish on lettuce leaves and garnish with chopped dill.
