FISH CRACKER

Pass the pork and any fish fillet through a meat grinder along with garlic. Add chopped onion, salt, two eggs, pepper, and mix well. Shape the mixture into elongated patties and fry them. This dish can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients: 60g of fish fillet, 20g of pork, two eggs, onion, garlic, and spices to taste.
