Squid and Cheese Salad

Start by rinsing the squid under cold water, then cut it into small cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice or diluted citric acid, and mix it with grated cheese, finely chopped green onions, and a splash of oil or mayonnaise. Transfer the mixture to a salad bowl, garnishing with slices of hard-boiled egg, placing an olive or a small pickled tomato on each slice.
You will need: one can of canned squid, 200g of hard cheese, a bunch of green onions or a bulb of onion, one hard-boiled egg, olives, half a lemon, and oil or mayonnaise.
