Start by cleaning, washing, and shredding the cabbage into thin strips, then mix it with salt.
Next, take peeled and finely chopped apples (sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent browning), carrots, and sweet bell peppers, and combine them with the cabbage. Dress the mixture with sour cream and sugar.
When serving, garnish the salad with finely chopped dill or parsley.
For every 500g of cabbage, use 200g of fresh apples, two carrots, 100g of sweet bell pepper, one cup of sour cream, and half a teaspoon each of salt and sugar, along with some fresh herbs.
