Salad of Beets, Beans, and Apples

Boil the beets, peel them, and cut them into cubes. Mix the cubes with cooked beans, peeled and diced apples, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pile the mixture onto a plate and garnish with thin slices of beet on top.

For one beet, you’ll need: one cup of beans, two apples, three tablespoons of oil, half a tablespoon of 9% vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
