Pumpkin and Leek Salad


200g of pumpkin (I used “muscat” variety)
4 eggs
leek (white part)
mayonnaise
spices

Boil the eggs and cut them into large cubes.
Slice the leek into half-rings, blanch in boiling water, and let it dry.
Peel the pumpkin and grate it using a coarse grater.
In a salad bowl, combine the pumpkin, leek, and eggs, then dress with mayonnaise, add spices, and mix well.
