Pork in Cognac Marinade

Pork Marinade Recipe

  • Pork: 500g (about 1.1 lbs)
  • Mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger: 2 cm (about 0.8 inches)
  • Cognac: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Fresh lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Cut the pork into chunks. Grate the ginger and garlic finely. In a bowl, combine the cognac, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger, then season with salt and pepper. Coat the pork with the marinade and let it sit for an hour.

Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the pork until golden brown. Then, pour in the marinade and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
