Ingredients:
- A piece of pork
- Garlic

- 250 g (about 2 cups) of cranberries

Instructions:
- Marinade: Pass 150 g of cranberries through a sieve, then add sugar and salt to taste, ensuring the marinade isn’t too sour.
- Prepare the meat: Stuff the pork with garlic and julienned carrots, placing 2-3 cranberries in each incision. Then, marinate the meat in the crushed cranberry mixture for a couple of hours.
- Bake: Wrap the meat in foil and bake at 180°C (about 350°F) until fully cooked. Serve with fresh cranberries on the side.
