Pork Stew with Beans and Vegetables

Pork: 400g (approx. 0.9 lbs)
Beans: 200g (approx. 0.4 lbs)
Carrot: 1
Bell pepper: 1
Onion: 1-2
Milk: 200-300ml (approx. 0.8-1.3 cups)
Garlic: 2-3 cloves
Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
Salt and black pepper: to taste

Wash the meat, cut it into pieces, and braise it with some water until fully cooked. Cook the beans until tender. Once the meat is ready, add the chopped carrot, bell pepper, and onion, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent. Add the cooked beans. Pour in the milk and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then add the minced garlic.
