Pork Ribs Marinated in Beer

**Ingredients:**
– 2.2 lbs pork ribs
– 2-3 onions
– 1 cup beer
– Salt and black pepper to taste

Cut the ribs into portions, trimming off any excess fat. Rinse them, pat dry, and rub with salt and pepper.

In a marinating container, layer the ribs, followed by a layer of onions, then another layer of ribs, and another layer of onions, repeating this pattern. The final layer should be onions. Pour the beer over the top. Place something heavy on top and refrigerate overnight.

Grill the ribs until fully cooked.
