Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Sausages: 6 pieces
  • Warm milk: 1 cup
  • Butter: 30 g (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg: 1
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon
  • Flour: 2 cups

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm milk.
  2. Beat the egg with salt, vegetable oil, and melted butter.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the milk with the yeast and sugar.
  4. Sift the flour and gradually add it to form a soft dough.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and coat it with vegetable oil.
  6. Place it in a warm spot to rise.
  7. Once the dough has doubled in size, divide it into 6 pieces and roll each piece slightly.
  8. Wrap each piece of dough around a sausage.
  9. Place them on a greased baking sheet and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  11. Bake the sausage rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
