Chicken Sausages Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Start by thoroughly washing the chicken fillets. Cut them into small pieces and blend them in a food processor until you achieve a smooth consistency. Add the egg, milk, salt, and spices to the mixture. Stir well, transfer it to a bowl, and let it sit for a bit.
Meanwhile, take some plastic wrap. Place 2-3 teaspoons of the mixture at one end of the wrap, then carefully roll it up (make sure to avoid trapping any air inside). Shape it into a sausage and tie knots at both ends; you can also use string to secure it.
Drop the sausages into boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes. Once done, carefully remove them and let them cool before unwrapping.
Your sausages are ready! They can be served with mashed potatoes, porridge, or a salad.
