Ingredients:
- 200g of spaghetti (about 7 oz)
- 4-5 tomatoes
- 250g of smoked sausage (about 9 oz)
- 100g of cheese (about 3.5 oz)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Cut the sausage into small strips.
- Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and chop them into small pieces.
- In a skillet heated with olive oil, add the sausage, tomatoes, and minced garlic, then season with pepper. Cook while stirring.
- Bring water to a boil, add salt and olive oil.
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain in a colander.
- Add the spaghetti to the skillet with the sausage and tomatoes, and mix well.
- Stir in the grated cheese.
- Cover with a lid and wait until the cheese melts.
- When serving, garnish the dish with fresh parsley.
